The space
The living room opens to a patio (with Adirondack chairs) and a massive backyard with a pergola with night lights, a fire pit, a BBQ grill, and an outdoor pool. The neighborhood is quiet and private. The Clearwater vacation home is an ideal setting for a small wedding, a special weekend, a family holiday, a dinner for friends, or to enjoy a night under the stars with your loved ones.
The recently renovated Clearwater vacation home has all the amenities you’d need for a comfortable vacation, including:

The indoor fireplace, exquisite crockery, and wine glasses (the wine wall has wine glasses of all shapes and sizes) create the perfect setting for a fine-dining experience.

We offer beach supplies (such as beach chairs, towels, a water cooler, and toys) when you decide to enjoy the pristine Clearwater beaches. The newly designed contemporary villa has 3.5 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. An extra air-conditioned room next to the pool is the perfect place to meditate or fall asleep watching the stars. The new home features 3.5 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, Office, and an extra AC room next to the pool which is a perfect place to sleep watching stars or do your meditation, with brand new mattresses and beds, and can comfortably fit 8 guests. Open concept is great for any needs from infants to elderly people.
The entire property is yours to enjoy! Complete with a private Heated pool, tiki bar, and fenced-in backyard. The screened-in patio and pool area are furnished as well. Wine and beer cellar inside the kitchen.
The grill is available outside for special times with friends and family.

The pool is 24’x 14’wide by 4.6 feet deep.
No diving is permitted.
The pool is heated.
Loud music in the pool area over 75 decibels is strictly not allowed.
Trash pick-up comes every Monday morning. Please set trash out Sunday night.
