This vacation home in Clearwater expands over 2500 sq. feet with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The property is ideal for a large family or group holiday for up to 12 people. It’s also great for hosting a dinner or an outdoor event of about 25 people.

Outdoor Living: Enjoy time at the pergola with night lights, fire pit, BBQ grill. Spend time on the outside bench tanning next to the fruit trees. Fenced-in patio with dining table for dining outside.
Indoor Living: Smart TVs, sound system, large dining table in front of fireplace and bar area. Recliner sofa and giant bean bag to lounge.

Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, kettle, pans/ pots dishes, knife set, measuring cups, variety of cups, and glasses alongside the chinaware closet. The kitchen has an open concept with a bar, and you can serve your loved ones from the stovetop!

Sauna room: Converted from the garage and hidden from the outside eye is a perfect spot to enjoy the freedom you deserve.

The newly designed contemporary villa has 4.5 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. An extra air-conditioned room next to the pool is the perfect place to meditate or fall asleep watching the stars. The property has an extra lanai, a heated pool, an in-house putting green, and a Tiki bar.

There are 3 television sets in the house with Netflix, Spectrum, HBP Max, Amazon Prime, and Xbox Installed.
Host your private pool party and entertain at the in-house Tiki bar.
This long-term vacation rental Clearwater property also has an in-house putting green for practice.

Outdoor Space
Complete with a private heated pool, tiki bar, and fenced-in backyard.
The screened-in patio and pool area are furnished as well.
The grill is available outside for special times with friends and family.
There is adequate parking space if you have a large vehicle, boat, trailer, or extra cars.

Please note the following:
While at the house, pool and Tiki bar lights are not allowed after 10 PM.
The pool is 24’x 14’ wide and 4.6 feet deep.
No diving is permitted.
The pool is heated.
Loud music in the pool area over 75 decibels is strictly not allowed.
Trash pick-up comes every Monday morning. Please set trash out Sunday night.
